收费站光催化尾气降解路面技术性能研究 被引量:2

Study on the Performance of Photocatalytic Exhaust Gas Degradation Pavement Technology at Highway Toll Station

摘要 本文针对收费站高交通量、高尾气排放量等特殊使用条件,选取环氧树脂作为基体材料,负载光催化材料,开发光催化尾气降解路面方案,实现路表尾气降解。同时,提出了实验室尾气降解试验方法,提出光催化材料最佳掺量,并对尾气降解效果影响因素进行分析。研究结果表明:光催化尾气降解路面对汽车尾气中的CO、CH及NO均具有持久有效的降解效果,不易起皮剥落,且降解速度快、效率高;并通过撒布碎石负载层,可以提高路面抗滑及抗磨耗性能。本文提出的光催化尾气降解路面技术可为同类工程项目提供有力的技术支撑。 In this paper,according to the special conditions such as high traffic volume and high tail gas emission,the epoxy resin was selected as the matrix material and the photocatalytic material was supported to develop the photocatalytic tail gas degradation pavement scheme.Meanwhile,a kind of lab test method was put forward to analyze the exhaust gas degradation effect.The optimum dosage of photocatalytic material was put forward,and the influence factors of tail gas degradation were analyzed.The results show that the photocatalytic pavement has obvious degradation effect on CO,CH and NO.Thanks for high bonding strength,the resin is not easy to peel off from the original pavement under repeated vehicle load.Additionally,the road anti-skid and anti-wear performance can be improved by the resin gravel overlay.The photocatalytic exhaust gas degradation pavement turned out to effectively reduce the exhaust gas level and recover pavement performance,and was strongly recommended for similar projects.
