摘要
随着跨境电子商务的快速发展,企业对跨境电子商务人才的需求越来越迫切,同时要求也不断提高。企业急需具有"三向立体思维"(即经济思维、外语思维、互联网思维)、有能力解决实际问题的复合型人才。文章首先分析当前我国跨境电子商务人才供需状况,然后运用美国人力资源管理中的KSAO模型,对跨境电子商务人才的职业素质能力进行研究,从知识、能力、素质三方面获得跨境电子商务人才的培养规格,最后提出跨境电子商务人才培养规格与职业素能要求对接的方法和路径。
With the development of cross-border E-commerce, enterprises are demanding more professionals who meet the sector's demanding requirements. Badly in need are the interdisciplinary talents who have economic ideas, possess Internet thinking, can think in a foreign language, and can solve problems at work. This paper first discusses the supply and demand of cross-border E-commerce talents in China, then, after analyzing the professional abilities, puts forward knowledge-skill-ability-related standards for training cross-border E-commerce talents by using the KSAO model in human resources management of the United States, and finally proposes methods of how to link up training standards for cross-border E-commerce talents with their professional abilities.
