摘要
分析了时差法超声波流量计的基本测量原理和存在的问题。然后针对问题提出了采用高精度时间数字转换芯片TDC[1]和高速AD数模转换芯片相结合的系统方案来提高时差法流量计的抗干扰性能,并详细介绍了基于AD的超声波信号质量分析方法,信号质量分析判断框图。最后通过实验验证了该方案的可靠性。
This paper analyzes the basic principle and problems of the time difference ultrasonic flowmeter.Then,this pa-per combines high precision time to digital conversion chip TDC11 with High Speed AD to improve anti-jamming performance of transit time flowmeter,and introduces the analysis method of ultrasonic signal based on AD analysis and signal quality judgment diagram.Finally,the reliability of the proposed scheme is verified by experiments.
