炭黑导电聚酯织物的制备及其性能表征 被引量:3

摘要 为提高聚酯织物的导电性能,采用一种新型的制备导电织物的方法,即同质涂层法,加入导电粒子炭黑制备了同质涂层炭黑导电聚酯(PET)织物;研究了涂层中炭黑(CB)的含量与聚酯含量对织物导电性能的影响,并对所得导电织物的微观形貌、耐水洗性能、热力学性能、力学性能进行了测试表征.研究表明:所得同质涂层导电聚酯织物的表面电阻可达10~2~10~3Ω,且经过超声水洗后表面电阻不受影响;经过SEM观察得知,炭黑与同质涂层相容性良好;改性后织物的熔点在257℃左右,保持聚酯良好的耐热性能;改性后织物拉伸强度相比原织物最大增加164%,具有良好的力学性能. In order to improve the conductive property of polyester fabric, a new method named homogeneous coating method, to prepare conductive fabric, was adopted to prepare homogeneous coating carbon black (CB) conductive polyester (PET) fabric. The effects of CB and PET contents on the conductive properties of fabrics were studied, and the thermodynamic properties, mechanical properties and washing durability of the conductive fabrics were tested and characterized. The results show that the surface resistance of the homogeneous coating conductive PET fabric is 10^2 -10^3Ω and after ultrasonic washing, the surface resistance is not affected; the SEM show that the carbon black is compatible with the homogeneous coating solution; the modified fabrics good heat- resistant properties of polyester fabric with the melting point of 257 ℃ ;the fabric has good mechanical properties, and the tensile strength maximum increases by 164% compared with the original fabric.
