摘要
厄瓜多尔科卡科多辛克雷水电站安装8台套单机容量为187.5 MW的立轴冲击式水轮发电机组,总装机容量为1 500 MW。该水电站水轮机单机容量目前位居国内已建及在建单机容量最大的冲击式机组首位。本文针对该电站高水头、大容量立轴冲击式水轮机组的结构特点进行了介绍,对安装施工工艺进行了详细阐述,可供其它同类电站借鉴。
The Ecuador Coca Codo Sinclair Hydropower Station(hereinafter referred to as 'CCS Hydropower Station') is equipped with 8 vertical shaft impulse hydrogenerator sets in total,with the unit capacity of 187.5 MW and the total installed capacity of 1,500 MW.Currently,the unit capacity of turbine of the CCS Hydropower Station ranks the first compared to other completed and on-going impulse units with the maximum unit capacity in China.This paper describes the structural features of high-head and large-capacity vertical shaft impulse turbine unit of the CCS Hydropower Station,and expounds the installation technique for other hydropower projects of the same type for reference.
