摘要
目的 :了解不同时段癔症症状及相关因素的变化特点。 方法 :对我院住院的癔症患者按1989～ 1995、1996～ 2 0 0 1年划分为A、B两组进行比较。 结果 :B组 2 0岁以下者明显少于A组 ;男 :女显著小于A组 ,与计划生育有关的诱因明显少于A组 ,原因不明或躯体患病诱发显著多于A组。B组失音失语、痉挛发作、漫游、假性痴呆症状发生率明显低于A组 ,精神障碍发生率高于A组。B组转换型低于A组 ,分离性高于A组。 结论 :随着时代的变化 ,癔症的症状及相关因素有某些改变。
Objective:To understand changes of symptoms and related factors of patients with hysteria in different stages. Method:276 patients with hysteria were analysed.They were divided into group A and B which was hospitalized in our hospital in 1989～1995 and 1996～2001 respectively. Results:There were significant differences existed in some factors such as ages,precipitating factors and symptoms in both groups. Conclusion:Some factors may be changed in patients with hysteria in different stages.
