摘要
本文使用全自动淋洗仪来测定土壤中阳离子交换量,该仪器只需使用乙酸铵溶液搅拌反应25min,无水乙醇淋洗3次,每次只需50m L,相比于中性土壤阳离子交换量和交换性盐基的测定NY/T295-1995标准方法中的手工搅拌离心操作过程简单,试剂消耗量少,效率高,同时实验结果准确度和精密度与标准法相当,可满足大批量土壤样品中阳离子交换量的分析要求。
In this paper, the automatic leaching instrument was used to detect the cation exchange capacity in soil. Using this instrument, it's only need to use ammonium acetate solution stirring reaction in 25 minutes, then use anhydrous ethanol leach 3 times, only need 50 m L each time. Compared to manual mixing centrifugal operation by the standard of NY/T295-1995 to detect neutral soil cation exchange and exchangeable salt, it is convenient and high efficiency with less reagent consumption, while the accuracy and precision of the experimental results are equivalent to the standard method, which can meet the batch analysis requirements of cation exchange in soil samples
