摘要
目的:将SEAL Auto Analyzer3流动注射分析仪应用于水中氰化物检测。方法:自动进样器采集样品和标准样,数据处理系统自动处理分析数据。结果:0μg/L-100μg/L线性区间,检出限为0.086μg/L,加标回收率为98%-102%,精密度和准确度较高,检出限也低于传统分光光度法。结论:SEAL Auto Analyzer3流动注射分析仪在水中氰化物测定应用中,快速省时、分析效率高,适用大规模样品检测,在水中氰化物测定应用中具有很好的推广应用价值。
