摘要
合适的计算模型是进行CFD计算的先决条件,在进行粗粉分离器计算时,选用的湍流模型会影响到分离器内部流场的计算结果,本文对常用湍流模型在粗粉分离器模拟计算中的应用进行了包括内部速度场及压力的对比分析,结果表明:不同湍流模型对分离器的流场分布影响不大,不同模型下计算的分离器压降基本区别不大,对于双进双出这种非强旋流动的情况,选用任意一种湍流模型不足以产生足够大的误差,在工程上可接受。
The suitable model is a prerequisite for CFD. The calculation of the flow field of the double ended separator will be affected by the turbulence model. In this paper, using the different turbulence models,the comparison of the velocity field and pressure of the separator is obtained.The results show that different turbulence models have little effect on the flow field distribution of the separator,and the difference between the pressure drop of the separator under different models is not significant.For the non-strong swirlingl flow in mill classifierator, the choice of any turbulence model is not sufficient to produce sufficiently large errors and is acceptable in engineering.
