摘要
本文研究了淤泥絮凝剂、有机质含量、温度、p H值和淤泥颗粒粒度等关键因素对淤泥脱水性能的影响,通过检验淤泥比阻和泥饼含水率,比较了不同絮凝剂的脱水效果,分析了不同有机质含量和颗粒粒度对淤泥脱水性能的变化规律,测试了淤泥脱水最佳温度和p H值范围。结果表明:PAC、PFC和PAM三种絮凝剂都能有效改善淤泥中的脱水性能,絮凝剂的投入量应控制在2%~3%;环境温度20℃时,淤泥的脱水性能最高;淤泥最佳的反应p H值范围在9-11;淤泥中所含粗颗粒越多,脱水后泥饼含水率越低,脱水性能越好。最后提出了脱水性能综合调理的方法。
The effects of sludge flocculant, organic matter content, temperature, p H value and sludge particle size on the dewatering performance of sludge were studied. The effects of different flocculants on the dewatering effect were compared by checking the specific resistance of sludge and the moisture content of mud cake. The changes of the sedimentation performance of sludge with different organic matter content and particle size were analyzed, and the optimum temperature and p H range of sludge dewatering were tested. The results showed that PAC, PFC and PAM could effectively improve the dehydration performance in the sludge. The amount of flocculant should be controlled at 2 %~ 3%. When the ambient temperature was 20 ℃, the dewatering performance of the sludge was the highest The p H value of the reaction is in the range of 9-11. The more coarse particles in the sludge, the lower the water content of the mud cake after dewatering, the better the dehydration performance. Finally, the method of comprehensive conditioning of dehydration performance is put forward.
