摘要
LED是利用半导体材料能够产生光线的原理制作而成的,具有十分广泛的用途,特别是在照明和显示区域。和传统的照明技术相比,LED固态照明显示出十分明显的节能优势,对能源的消耗仅仅是一般光源的是四分之一,且使用寿命是一般光源的十倍。在社会科技的发展下,LED自身愈发的显示出低碳、环保、寿命长、体积小的特点,LED芯片产业项目得到了长远的发展。在发展的过程中不可避免的出现了环境问题,为了解决环境问题,文章对某LED芯片产业项目废水处理工艺设计以及工艺改进问题展开探讨。

Compared with the traditional lighting technology, LED solid-state lighting shows a very significant energy-saving advantages, the energy consumption is only a quarter of the general light source, and the service life is ten times the general light source. In the development of social science and technology, LED itself increasingly show low-carbon, environmental protection, long life, small size, LED chip industry projects have been long-term development. In order to solve the environmental problems, the article discusses the process design and process improvement of an LED chip industry project. In the process of development, the environmental problems are unavoidable.
