根据客户要求,西王特钢成功开发了高档油井管用MSL-8A棒材,但出现个别支棒材表面开裂,通过对裂纹处形貌的宏观和微观分析,找出了裂纹的成因,并提出了解决办法。
According to customer requirements, Xiwang Special Steel Company successfully developed high-grade MSL-8 A steel bar for oil well pipe, but surface cracking was found on a very few bars. Through macro and micro analysis of the crack morphology, causes for cracking were found out, and the countermeasures were put forward.
