摘要
目的观察葱白提取物对急性心肌缺血大鼠血浆气体信号分子硫化氢(H2S)和一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响,阐明葱白提取物抗心肌缺血作用机制。方法将SPF级SD雄性大鼠40只随机分为正常对照组、空白模型组、葱白提取物组、硝酸甘油组,每组10只。结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支,建立急性心肌缺血模型。用生化分析仪检测血清Tn I、CK-MB、LDH水平,采用去蛋白法检测血浆H2S和NO水平。结果与空白模型组相比,葱白提取物组、硝酸甘油组均降低了ST段抬高、血清Tn I、CK-MB、LDH水平(P<0.01);升高了血浆H2S和NO水平(P<0.01)。结论葱白提取物有明显抗大鼠急性心肌缺血作用,其机制可能与升高血浆H2S和NO水平有关。
Objective To explore the effects of onion extract on the levels of the plasma gaseous signal molecule hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and nitric oxide (NO) in acute myocardial ischemia rats model. To clarify the mechanism of onion extract on anti myocardial ischemia. Methods The model of acute myocardial ischemia was established by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery in rats. 40 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, blank model group, onion extract group and nitroglycerin group, the serum levels of TnI, CK-MB and LDH were detected by biochemical analyzer, H2S and NO were detected by the method of removing protein. Results Compared with blank model group, onion extract group and nitroglycerin group were reduced by ST segment elevation, serum TnI, CK-M and LDH levels (P〈0.01); H2S and NO levels were elevated (P〈0.01). Conclusion Onion extract has obvious effect of anti rat acute myocardial ischemia and its mechanism may be related to the increase of plasma H2S and NO.
