摘要
利用3对SSR引物,对40份国外甘蔗品种进行品种鉴定。结果表明:同名种质除CP78-1628和Ti80-5同名种质的遗传相似系数分别为0.24和0.50相对较低外,其他同名种质之间的遗传相似系数相对较高,都≥0.95,平均0.93。聚类分析表明,除CP78-1628和Ti80-5两份种质出现分支外,其他种质分支都按照同名种质分别聚类。基于遗传相似系数和聚类分析结果表明,CP78-1628和Ti80-5为同名异种种质。
Tree pairs of SSR primers were employed in identification for 40 foreign genotypes of sugarcane cultivars. As a result, high genetic similarity coefficients, which could be up to 0.95 and with the mean value of 0.93, were found among most the cognominal genotypes, except from those of CP78-1628 and Ti80-5. In the cognominal genotypes of CP78-1628 and Ti80-5, however, the genetic similarity were lower, with the value of 0.24 and 0.50, respectively. In clustering analysis, the branching only appeared in the genotypes named as CP78- 1628 Ti80-5, and the other genotypes were well clustered following their entitled names. According to the results of genetic similarity and clustering analysis, we could conclude that the CP78-1628 and Ti80-5 in this investigation were both heterogeneous.
