摘要
目的讨论关节镜微创治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法现随机选取2015年7月—2016年9月我院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎88例患者作为研究对象。将其分成实验组44例和对照组44例。对照组给予临床常规治疗,实验组采用关节镜微创治疗方法,对两组患者的治疗有效率和复发率进行及对比和分析。结果实验组患者的治疗有效率为95.45%,对照组的治疗有效率为84.09%,实验组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的复发率为2.27%,低于照组的13.64%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜微创治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果明显,临床复发率较低,患者接受度较高。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of minimally invasive treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 88 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee in our hospital from July 2015 to September 2016 were randomly selected as the subjects of study. They were divided into experimental group 44 cases and control group 44 cases. The contro! group was given routine treatment, the experimental group was treated with arthroseopic minimally invasive treatment. The treatment efficiency and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The effective rate of experimental group was 95.45%, the effective treatment of patiems in the control group was 84.09%, the effective rate was significantly higher than the control group, the differences between groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 2.27%, which was significantly lower than 13.64% in the control group, the differences between groups Was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic minimally invasive treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical effect is obvious, the clinical recurrence rate is low, the patient acceptance is higher.
