摘要
空压机余热回收技术作为一种新型高效的余热利用技术,可以为企业节省能源的消耗,从而节省大量成本。以西安热电脱硝空压机热能回收系统改造为基础,阐述了该改造项目的意义、具体的改造方案,并分析了改造后将带来的经济收益。此次改造不但解决了之前空压机散热不良导致的频繁报警,另外每年总计可节约19.49×104元运行费用。
Waste heat recovery technology of air compressor is a new and efficient technology of waste heat recovery, which can save energy consumption and a large amount of cost. Based on the transformation of thermal energy recovery system of Xi'an thermoelectric denitrification air compressor, this paper expounded the significance of renovating the project and the specific modification plan and analyzed the economic benefits that would be brought after the transformation. The renovation not only solved the frequent alarm caused by the poor heat dissipation of air compressor, but also saved a total of 19.49 ×104RMB of operation cost per year.
