摘要
为了研究内保温墙体内部的温度和水蒸气分压力分布,分析出内保温墙体系统内部的结露点。通过建立内保温墙体数学模型,利用解析计算的方法计算出在稳态条件下离心玻璃棉和聚氨酯保温板(PU板)内保温墙体系统内部节点的温湿度,研究了内保温墙体模型内的温度和水蒸气分压力分布曲线;分析出结露点主要发生在保温材料与混凝土砌块界面处;通过实验验证了结论的正确性,且得出离心玻璃棉比PU板更容易结露。为工程设计提供参考依据。
To determine the temperature and water vapor pressure distribution of internal wall insulation,the dew point of the internal insulation wall system was analyzed. Mathematical model of internal insulation wall was established. The temperature and humidity of the internal node of centrifugal glass wool and polyurethane board internal insulation wall system was calculated by the analytical method under the steady state condition,the temperature and water vapor pressure distribution curve of internal insulation wall model was studied; the dew point occurred at the interface between the thermal insulation material and the concrete block was analyzed. Finally,the correctness of the conclusion was verified by experiment,and the centrifugal glass wool was easier to condense than the PU board. The research results can be a reference for the engineering design.
