摘要
以渔家咀渠江特大桥深水基础施工为背景,详细介绍了由小浮箱、纵横梁并上拼龙门吊组成的浮式平台在钻孔桩施工中的应用,重点论述平台组成、设计检算、搭建和使用过程。另外对在深水裸岩地质条件下大直径钻孔桩施工中钢护筒入土、下沉、漏浆处理等关键技术进行了论述。
Taking the deep water foundation construction of fYujiaju Qujiang super large bridge as background,the application of small floating box,longitudinal and transverse beam and gantry crane in the construction of bored pile in the platform was introduced. The composition,design calculation,construction and use process of floating platform were emphatically discussed. In addition,the key points about the large diameter drilling pile construction in deep water bare rock geological conditions were discussed,including the steel casing embedding,sinking,treatment measures of grouting leakage.
