提高高纯正丁烷产品质量稳定性的研究与实践 被引量:1

摘要 基于中原油田天然气处理厂生产纯度为99.93%异丁烷产品和99.00%的正丁烷产品的生产装置的实际操作情况,建立工艺模型。模拟计算出生产纯度为99.70%以上正丁烷产品,并保证异丁烷的产品为99.93%的工艺参数。根据模拟结果,进行了现场调试,最终确定了工艺参数。正丁烷塔底操作温度由原来的75.70℃提高到75.83℃以上,关键点11层温度提高到75.41℃以上,塔顶温度控制在61.77℃以下,控制异丁烷塔进料中不含n-C_4H_(10),丁烷塔回流量增大到21m^3/h以上,温度控制在很小的波动范围内,最终生产出纯度大于99.70%的高纯正丁烷产品,并保证了异丁烷的产品质量要求。 Based on the actual operation of the production equipment with which isobutane product of purity 99.93% and n-butane prod- uct of purity 99.00% were produced in Zhongyttan Oilfield Natural Gas Processing Factory, the process model was established, and the process parameters for the production of n-butane products of purity over 99.70% and the ensurement of the purity 99.93% of isobutane product were obtained by simulation calculation. According to the simulation resuh, field debugging was finished and the process parameters were determined finally. The bottom operating temperature of n-butane tower is increased from 75.70℃ to above 75.83℃, the elenventh layer temperature of the tower is over 75.41℃, which is a key point, and the tower top temperature is controlled below 61.77℃. It is ensured that there is no n-C4H10 in the feedstock of isobutane tower, and the back flow of the tower is increased to more than 21m3/h. Temperature is controlled in a small fluctuation range. Ultimately high purity butane products whose purity is higher than 99.70% were produced, and the quality of isobutane product is guaranteed.
