摘要
目的探讨循证护理在老年泌尿外科人文护理中的应用现状,为循证护理在老年泌尿外科人文护理中的应用进行预测并提出建议。方法查阅文献,分析循证护理在国内的应用现状,对循证护理在老年泌尿外科人文护理中的应用情况展开讨论并进行临床试验验证,为分析提供依据,并研究循证医学在老年外科人文护理中的应用现状以及应用前景分析。结果试验组患者术后一次平均住院天数为6.7±1.8天,对照组患者术后术后一次平均住院天数为14.3±4.5天,且二次住院时间对照组平均为7.6±3.4天,试验组平均为4.4±2.1天,试验组患者术后恢复时间明显要比对照组的患者恢复时间短,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。证实循证护理结合人文护理对于缩短老年泌尿外科患者恢复时间具有显著的作用。试验组患者对于护理的满意度较高,与对照组比较具有显著的统计学差异。结论在今后的老年泌尿外科患者的人文护理中将循证护理应用于老年患者术后的各种风险管理,可以减少各种风险的发生,提高患者的生活质量,满意度比较高。
Objectives To explore the application status of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of elderly urology, and to forecast the application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing care of elderly urology. Conclusion In the future of the elderly urological patients with humanistic care, the evidence-based nursing application in urological elderly patients after a variety of risk management, can reduce the occurrence of various risks, improve the quality of life of patients, satisfaction is relatively high.
