摘要
目的 :探讨祛痛膏对退行性膝关节病症状的治疗作用。方法 :采用祛痛膏治疗退行性膝关节病 87例 ,并设对照组 (采用天和骨痛贴膏 ) 4 0例 ,观察前后变化。结果 :祛痛膏治疗组总有效率 87 36 % ;对照组为 6 0 % ,两组疗效对照有显著性差异。结论 :祛痛膏能够有效缓解退行性膝关节病各项临床症状 。
Objective :To explore effect of Qutong ointment in treating symptom of retrograde gonarthrosis. Methods :Using Qutong ointment to treating 87 patients of retrograde gonarthrosis,the changes before and after treatment were observed and compared with those in the 40 patients treated with Tianhe Gutong ointment. Results :The total effective rate in the Qutong ointment treated group was 87 36% while that in the control group was 60%,which were obviously superior to those in the control group respectively. Conclusion :Qutong ointment is an effective ointment of Chinese herbal preparation in treating retrograde gonarthrosis,which could improve the clinical symptoms.
