摘要
结合双馈型风力发电机的结构和故障特点,设计了以ARM处理器为核心的双馈风力发电机多参量状态监测与故障诊断装置的硬件系统。该硬件系统可同时采集双馈发电机的振动、定转子电流、定子电压信号,通过对多参量数据的分析以提高对发电机故障判断的准确性。研究表明:所设计的硬件系统在复杂电磁环境下可长时间稳定可靠地运行,并能对双馈发电机状态进行监测。
In combination with the specific features of the structures and faults of dually-fed type wind power generators,designed was a hardware system with an ARM( Advanced RISC Machine) processor serving as the core in the multiparameter condition monitoring and fault diagnostic device of a dually-fed type wind power generator. The system in question could simultaneously acquire such signals as vibration,electric current through the stator and rotor and voltage of the stator and conduct an analysis of the multi-parameter data to enhance the accuracy for judging any fault of the generator. It has been found that the foregoing hardware system can operate stably and reliably for a long time under the complicated electromagnetic environment and monitor the conditions of the dually-fed type generator.
