摘要
为了合理控制隧洞盾构施工过程中管片的移位量,结合红沿河核电厂取水隧洞工程,对掘进过程中管片产生移位的原因进行了分析,认为地质环境条件和施工工艺等因素都会对管片位移造成一定的影响。从实测数据及理论分析入手,针对不同的移位原因提出了相应的技术控制措施,包含加强背后注浆施工控制、优化注浆浆液质量及合理调控盾构机掘进姿态等方法。实践表明:所采取的这些工程措施效果较为理想,管片的移位现象得到了良好的控制。
The displacement of the segment during the construction of the tunnel will be controlled rationally.Combined with the water diversion tunnel project of the Hongyanhe nuclear power plant,the causes of the displacement of the pipe in the tunneling process are analyzed,and it is considered that the geological environment condition,the construction technology will have a certain impact on the displacement of the tube.Based on the measured data and the theoretical analysis,the corresponding technical control measures are put forward for different displacement reasons,including the following methods:strengthening the construction control of grouting,optimizing the quality of grouting slurry and reasonably controlling the tunneling attitude of shield machine.The result shows that these engineering measures are effective and can control the ideal and segmental displacement.
