新型聚羧酸复合材料的合成及其性能研究

摘要 采用自由基共聚的方法,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,自制的木糖醇丙烯酸酯(AMTC)与甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、丙烯酸(AA)、甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)共聚制得木糖醇改性聚羧酸减水剂。利用红外光谱(FTIR)表征减水剂的结构,并测试了水泥净浆流动度与混凝土应用性能。结果表明,选取水灰比为0.29,外加剂的固掺量为0.2%,当AMTC、HEMA、AA和TPEG的量比为7∶10∶10∶30,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为3h,引发剂用量为单体总质量的3.5%的条件下,净浆流动度达到296mm。应用性能表明,聚羧酸减水剂改性7d时,混凝土抗压强度提高了12%,28d抗压强度提高了7%。 With hydrogen peroxide and ascorbic acid as initiators,xylitol modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer was prepared by radical polymerization of hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA),acrylic acid(AA),acid chlorination of xylitol AMTC,and methylallyl polyoxyethylene ether(TPEG).The structure of xylitol modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer was characterized by FTIR,and cement dispersant system was analyzed by measurements on fluidity ability,compressive strength.The results showed that selecting water-cement ratio of 0.29,the admixture of solid content of 0.2%,when AMTC,HEMA,AA and TPEG was 7∶10∶10∶30,reaction temperature was 70℃,reaction time was3 h,and initiator dosage was 3.5% of total monomer,the optimum fluidity was 296 mm.Application performance showed that at 7days,compressive strength of xylitol modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer is increased by 12% while at 28 days compressive strength of xylitol modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer is increased by 7%.
