Preparation of Superamphiphobic Copper Surfaces by Electrochemical Deposition Process

摘要 以硫酸铜和硫酸的混合液为电解液,通过电化学沉积和全氟癸硫醇修饰制备了铜基超双疏(超疏水-超疏油)表面,用扫描电子显微镜和动态接触角仪对所得样品的微观形貌和浸润性进行了分析.研究结果表明,电化学沉积后的铜样品表面具有微纳米双尺度粗糙结构,电沉积时间对疏油性能有较大影响,水和油的接触角均可达到160°以上,水滴油滴都极易滚落. Superamphiphobic ( both superhydrophobic and superoleophobic) surfaces on Cu substrates were fabricated via electrochemical deposition and fluorination. The surface morphology and wettability of the sample surfaces were investigated using scanning Electron Microscopy and Dynamic Contact Angle Measurements. The results showed that, after the electrochemical deposition, the micro/nanometer-scale rough surface was formed on the copper, and the Contact Angle of both water and oil reached more than 160 °C . Drops of water and oil were easy to roll down the surface.
