摘要
消除食品市场的信息不对称是食品可追溯体系建设和推广的根本原因。文章分析了食品属性与食品市场中的信息不对称现象、梳理了可追溯性的内涵、并对食品可追溯体系的事前质量保证和事后追溯的功能进行了深入分析,文章最后考察了我国食品可追溯的建设现状,在挖掘我国食品可追溯体系发展缓慢的深层次原因的基础上提出了针对性对策。
Elimination of information asymmetry in food market is the root cause of the construction and promotion of food traceability system.This paper analyzes food attribute and the information asymmetry in food market,combs the connotation of traceability,and gives a deep analysis of the pre-quality assurance and retrospective function of food traceability system.At last,the article investigates the construction situation of food traceability in China,and puts forward countermeasures based on the excavation of deepseated reasons for slow development of China's food traceability system.
