摘要
PNF是各医院康复科普遍采取的一种治疗方法 ,有效提高了脑卒中等患者后期上肢运动功能的康复效果。但近年来,随着康复科住院患者的人数增加,加之患者的患病情况较为复杂,致使康复科部分患者的康复效果并不是很理想。针对这一情况,该研究提出了PNF结合运动想象的康复模式,即根据患者的情况,在开展PNF治疗的前、中、后等阶段,合理插入运动想象的治疗环节。以此在康复师的引导下,患者通过对相关训练动作的想象,巩固和提高训练效果。
PNF is a common treatment method of rehabilitation department in each hospital, which can improve the rehabilitation effect of upper limb function of patients with late stage cerebral stroke. But in recent years, with the increase in the number of inpatients in department of rehabilitation and the complex situation of patients, as a result, the rehabilitation effect of these patients is not very ideal. In view of this situation, the rehabilitation mode of PNF combined with exercise imagery has been put forward. That is to say, according to the patient＇s condition, the exercise imagery should be inserted reasonably before, during, and after the treatment process of PNF. Under the guidance of a rehabilitation therapist, the patient consolidates and improves the training effect by imagining the relevant training actions.
