摘要
目的研究口腔护理管理中风险管理的价值。方法选取该院100例(2014年11月—2016年11月期间)口腔疾病患者,随机分为对照组(常规管理)和观察组(风险管理),每组50例,对比2组患者的质量评分、护理事故发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组的护理质量评分、护理事故发生情况及护理满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔护理管理中风险管理具有一定的应用价值。
Objective To research the implementation value of dental nursing management in the risk management. Methods 100 cases of patients with dental diseases from November 2014 to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the routine management, while the observation group adopted the risk management, each group has 50 cases, and the quality score, incidence rate of nursing accidents and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality score, occurrence of nursing accidents and nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The risk management in the dental nursing management has a certain application value.
