摘要
文中为了规范硅酸根分析仪的校准过程,保证溯源有效性,以示值误差建立不确定度评定模型,计算校准过程的不确定度。依据硅酸根分析仪校准规范,从测量重复性、分辨力、二氧化硅标准溶液的不确定度、稀释过程使用的玻璃量具等角度出发,分析校准过程中引入的各类不确定度,计算其灵敏度,分别评定>100μg/L及≤100μg/L量程的硅酸根分析仪校准结果不确定度,确保其在环境保护、安全生产方面提供数据保证。
In order to standardize the calibration process of thesilicate analyzer and ensure the validity of the traceability, this paper establishes the uncertainty evaluation model of the value error and calculates the uncertainty of the calibration process. Based on the silicate analyzer calibration specifications, from the perspective of measuring repeatability and resolution, the uncertainty of the silicon dioxide standard solution, and the measuring glass in the process of dilution, the author analyzes the uncertainty of calibration process, calculates its sensitivity and assesses the uncertainty of calibration results of silicate analyzer, which the range is greater than 100μg/Land less than or equal to100μg/L, to ensure that the data provides the basis in terms of environmental protection and safety in production.
