摘要
目的调查分析老年骨折患者对骨质疏松知识认知程度及健康教育需求。方法通过问卷调查的方式对400例老年骨质疏松性骨折患者进行骨折危险因素、骨质疏松知识认知程度及健康教育需求途径调查。结果 400例老年骨折患者对骨质疏松认知状况整体较差,不知道遗传引起骨折高达77.50%,生活习性方面引起骨折高达69.00%,而在健康教育需求途径中有69.00%人数希望得到医护人员的指导。结论老年骨折患者对骨质疏松症的整体认识程度不高,对其危险因素认识不足,应多开展多元化、针对性的健康教育,有利于减少老年骨质疏松性骨折的发生,并可让老年人树立健康的生活、行为方式,从而可提高老年人的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the levels of knowledge of osteoporosis and health education demands among elderly patients with fracture.Methods A total of 400 elderly patients with fracture were selected and given questionnaires to find out about their knowledge of fracture risks and of osteoporosis as well as their demands for health education.Results Knowledge of osteoporosis in these 400 cases was poor. 77. 50% of these patients did not know that facture could be inherited and as many as69. 00% of them were ignorant of the possibility that fracture could be caused by life habits. 69. 00% of these patients hoped for guidance from healthcare providers.Conclusion Elderly patients with fracture have a poor knowledge of osteoporosis and its risk factors.Diversified and specific health education should be carried out,which can help reduce the chance of osteoportic fracture,ensure a healthy life,modify ways of behavior and improve the life quality of senior citizens.
