摘要
化合物3α-羟基-5β-雄甾-16-烯是已知的两种猪天然外激素之一。鉴于对试猪周期各阶段的整体研究,得出外激素具有诱导猪的性行为,缩短其动情周期,促进猪早日发情等功用。高收率、便利地人工合成该化合物,可为了解外激素对畜牧业生产的影响以及揭示动物本身的发展规律,提供有效的物质保证。
Starting from epiandrosterone, the intermediate 5α-androst-16-en-3β-ol was synthesized. On the reaction of the reagents of triphenylphspine and diethyl anodicarboxylate, it was reacted with m-iodobenzoic acid and 5α-androst-16-en-3α-yl m-iodobenzoate was gotten. At last, the compound 5α-androst-16-en-3α-ol was obtained by hydrolysis.
