摘要
本文观察了黄芪(A组)或何首乌(P组)单用及两药联用(AP组)对老龄小鼠胸腺的影响,并用形态计量学方法进行分析。对照组(C组)胸腺呈明显退化。A、P、AP组与C组相比,胸腺重量和体积明显增大;光镜下皮质显著增厚,皮髓质分界清楚,细胞密度明显增大。计量结果,面密度(Sv)、体密度(Vv)、面数密度(N_A)在淋巴细胞核,各实验组与C组相比,均有显著性差异;在非淋巴细胞,AP组与C组间有显著性差异。数密度(Nv)最高的淋巴细胞群体的核直径在三个实验组均增大。表明黄芪和何首乌有促使老龄小鼠胸腺呈明显形态逆转变化的作用,两药联用,作用增强。
The morphological quantitative method was used to study the effect of Astragalus mongholicus (A), Polygonum multiflorum (P)and the combination of A and P (AP)on thymus in both male and female ICR mice 15 months old. The results showed that in the controls(group C), their thymus revealed obvious degeneration, while in group A, P and AP (the mice were treated for 14 days with A, P and AP respectively), as compared with group C, both size and weight of their thymus were markedly increased. Under LM, the cortex became thickened, the demarcation between cortex and medulla became clear and the cell density also increased notably. By quantitative analysis, the results were as follows: in group A, P and AP, the surface density (S_V), the volume density (V_V) and numerical density on area (N_A) on lymphocytes nuclei, and in group AP on nonlymphocytes were increased notably. The nuclei diameter in lymphocyte population with the highest numerical density (N_V) was enlarged in all three experimental groups. It suggests that A and P could promote the thymus of aged mice to regenerate, and A+P could give rise to the highest effect.
