2014年四川省部分县市食品从业人员中金黄色葡萄球菌携带情况调查 被引量:3

Investigation on the carrying situation of Staphylococcus aureus in food practitioners in some counties of Sichuan province in 2014

摘要 目的了解四川省食品从业人员中金黄色葡萄球菌携带情况及其耐药现状,为食品安全风险评估提供参考。方法选择绵阳市、德阳市、宜宾市等6市县的大型食堂作为采样点,采集相关食品从业人员双手的涂抹样。对分离的可疑致病菌进行鉴定、药敏试验、PCR耐药基因检测和金黄色葡萄球菌A蛋白(SPA)分型。结果采集1 072份样本,阳性样本124份,检出率为11.57%;其中13株为MRSA,苯唑西林耐药率为10.48%,多重耐药占31.45%。13株MRSA中,11株携带mec A基因。SPA分型有5个型别。结论四川省食品从业人员中金黄色葡萄球菌携带率较高,耐药情况严重,且菌株型别分布具有地理差异。有必要采取适当措施避免群体性食物中毒事件的发生。 Objective To learn about the carrying situation of Staphylococcus aureus in food practitioners in Sichuan and the status of drug resistance,so as to provide guidance for food safety risk assessment. Methods Large refectories were selected from six cities,including Mianyang,Deyang,Yibin,as the sampling sites,and the smear samples of food practitioners' hands were collected. The isolated pathogens were conducted for pathogen identification, drug sensitivity, PCR, and SPA typing.Results 124 Staphylococcus aureus samples were detected from 1 072 samples,with the detection rate of 11. 57%. 13 strains of MRSA were detected,the resistance rate of oxacillin was 10. 48%,and the multidrug resistance rate was 31. 45%. In the 13 strains of MRSA,11 strains carried mec A gene,which can be divided into 5 SPA gene types. Conclusion The carrying rate of SA in food practitioners in Sichuan is high,the drug resistance is severe,and the distribution of strains type is geographically different. It is necessary to take proper measures to avoid the occurrence of mass food poisoning.
