摘要
目的探讨血清中维生素A和维生素D水平与婴幼儿反复呼吸道感染(recurrent respiratory infection,RRTI)的关系。方法 2011年11月-2016年11月在本院就诊婴幼儿960例,其中诊断反复呼吸道感染的患儿243例,采用Logistics回归探讨维生素A和维生素D水平与患儿反复呼吸道感染发生的关系。结果 960例中发生RRTI的患儿243例,随着维生素A的水平降低,患者RRTI的发病率明显增加,以>0.7 mol/L参照,维生素A为0.3 mol/L^0.7 mol/L的患者RRTI的风险经调整之后是>0.7 mol/L患者的1.33倍,而<0.3 mol/L患者的RRTI的风险为>0.7 mol/L患者的2.15倍(P<0.01)。随着维生素D水平下降,反复呼吸道感染的发病率明显上升,以>100 mol/L为参照,发现维生素D 30 mol/L^100 mol/L的患者RRTI的风险经调整之后是>100 mol/L患者的1.26倍,而<30 mol/L患者RRTI的风险为>100 mol/L患者的2.54倍(P<0.01)。结论血清中维生素A和维生素D水平与婴幼儿反复呼吸道感染密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship of serum vitamin A and vitamin D levels with recurrent respiratory tract in- fection(RRTI) in infants. Methods 960 cases of infants in our hospital were selected during November 2011 - November 2016, while 243 cases were diagnozed with recurrent respiratory tract infection, and Logistics regression was used to explore the relationship of vitamin A and vitamin D levels with the occurrance of RRTI. Results RRTI occurred in 243 cases. With the decrease of vitamin A levels, the incidence rate of RRTI in patients significantly increased, with 〉 0.7 mol/L as refference, the incidence rate in patients with RRTI at the vitamin A level of 0.3 mol/L - 0.7 mol/L were 1.3 times of patients at the vitamin A level 〉0.7 mol/L, while that in patients with vitamin A level 〈0.3 mol/L was 2.15 times of patients with vitamin A level 〉 0.7 moL/L (P 〈0.01 ). With the decrease of vitamin D level, the incidence of RRTI increased significantly. With 〉 100 mol/L as refference, the risk of vitamin in patients with RRTI after adjustment at the vitamin D level of 30 mol/L- 10 mol/L was 1.26 times of patients with the vitamin D level 〉 10 mol/L, and that in patients at the vitamin D level 〈 30 moL/L was 2.54 times of the patients with the vitamin D level 〉 0.7mol/L (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The serum levels of vitamin A and vitamin D are closely related to recurrent respiratory tract infection in infants.
