摘要 要进行民航飞机健康管理状态评估,难点在于获得传感器采集的基础数据,同时在后续数据处理过程中比如健康状态特征参数提取、故障诊断算法、故障预测技术、健康管理决策等都具有很强的模糊性和不确定性。同时国内还没有自己研发的针对整个飞机系统的健康状态监测系统。针对以上问题,提出一种层次分析法和T-S模糊神经网络相结合的评估模型来评估飞机的健康状态的方法。T-S模糊神经网络系统是复杂系统建模和控制的有效工具。根据上述模型,实时输入数据并进行实时评估并实时得到评估结果。根据评估结果分析有助于发现民航飞机健康状态的变化,根据变化趋势及时采取相关维护措施,具有一定的工程应用价值。 To evaluate the health management status of civil aircrafts, the difficulty lies in the basic data collected by sensors and very strong fuzziness and uncertainty in the subsequent data processing such as health status, feature extraction, fault diagnosis algorithm, and fault prediction technology. At the same time, there is no domestic research and development of the health monitoring system for entire aircraft systems. To solve above problems, an assessment method for the health status of the aircrafts is presented based on the analytic hierarchy process and the T - S fuzzy network assessment model. According to the model, the real time data are input and evaluated, and the evaluation results in real time are obtained. The state of operation health of the aircrafts is reflected by the results, and maintenance measures are timely adopted according to the results. The assessment model has certain engineering application Value.
