摘要
以杭州地铁6号线河山路站为背景,基于该地铁车站工程地层存在无隔水层的承压水、穿越现有道路、临近现有建筑物等复杂工况采用地下连续墙作为支护结构和止水帷幕。分析了本深基坑工程施工过程中可能存在的风险,并采取针对性技术措施。施工过程中,考虑基坑时空效应,严格控制开挖部序进行科学施工;并采用加密穿越道路区和临近现有建筑区监测点等措施,及时发现问题及时处理,做好信息化施工。实践结果证明,所确定的综合技术处理措施科学合理,基坑变形满足相关规范要求,为类似工程设计、施工提供了成功的可参考案例。
Taking Hangzhou subway line No. 6 Heshan Road Station as the background,diaphragm wall is designed as supporting structure and waterproof curtains as confined water without resisting layer in the stratum,crossing the existing road,adjacent to existing buildings and other complex conditions. The possible risks in the construction process of the deep foundation excavation are analyzed,and the corresponding technical measures are taken. In the process of construction,engineers consider the space time effect of foundation excavation,strictly and scientifically control excavation sequence,design in detail the monitoring points in the areas of crossing road and adjacent to the existing buildings and other measures,and timely solve problems in a timely manner,and take information construction technology.The practical results show that the comprehensive technical measures are scientific and reasonable,and the deformation of foundation excavation meets the relevant specifications,which provides a successful example for the similar engineering design and construction.
