摘要
介绍了重庆惠科金渝电子洁净厂房华夫板上屋面钢桁架施工技术,采用汽车式起重机等设备在华夫板上进行钢桁架的转运及吊装,合理分区并规划运输通道与吊装路线,减少钢结构转运对整个现场施工的影响,最大限度提高机械设备使用率。对华夫板采取有效保护措施,并结合有限元软件进行模拟分析,保证结构施工安全。
Construction technology of steel truss on the wafer board of Chongqing Huike Jinyu electronic clean workshop is introduced,the transportion and hoisting of steel truss is conducted on wafer board using automotive cranes and other equipments,the transportation corridor and hoisting route are reasonably zoned and planed,the influence of steel structure transfer on the whole site construction is reduced,the utilization rate of machinery and equipment is maximized. Effective protection measures are taken for the wafer board,and simulation analysis is carried out by the finite element software to ensure the safety of the structural construction.
