摘要
道德绑架是指人们在遵守行为规范的过程中由于受到胁迫将"得"抛开,只一味地付出,在胁迫下失去本身的自由。道德绑架侵犯个人自由权、使群体受到孤立,滋生社会不公正现象,打破了和谐的社会环境。因此,我们应当加强公民的法律意识、尊重个人自由,将自己与他人均视为主体,让网络报道呈现事实,从而消解道德绑架问题。本文基于此建立三维结构模型,为探究道德绑架问题提供新思路。
Moral kidnapping refers to people＇s ＂gain＂to be put aside in a certain stress in the process of observing the code of conduct,and they have to pain. In this kind of stress,the freedom of people is deprived,and that is ＂moral kidnapping＂. Moral kidnapping violates the right of personal freedom,isolates groups,breeds social injustice,and breaks the harmonious living environment. Therefore,we should strengthen the legal consciousness of citizens,respect individual freedom,regard ourselves and others both as the main subjects,and make the network reporting facts,in order to remove the moral kidnapping. Based on those strategies,a three-dimensional structure model is come up with,which provides a new idea for the further study of moral kidnapping.
