摘要
高校工资制度改革与社会发展状况、人事管理制度等因素高度相关,有着深刻的时代烙印。自新中国成立以来,我国高校工资制度经历了"职务等级工资制""结构工资制""分类管理工资制"和"岗位绩效工资制"等四次重大改革,是一个不断改进、优化、完善的过程。回顾我国高校工资制度改革的变迁历史,剖析历次工资制度改革的动因及背景、主要举措、存在的缺陷,对于创新当前我国高校薪酬管理模式,构建新时期更为科学合理、更具激励作用的高校工资管理制度,具有重要的现实意义。
The reform of the salary system in colleges and universities is closely related to the state of social development,the political and economic background of the times and the reform of personnel management system,and has a profound brand of the times. Since the founding of new China,our university salary system has experienced the "post rank salary system","structural wage system"and "classification management salary system"and "post performance salary system"four major reforms,which is continuously improved,optimized and thorough. Reviewing the history of the reforms of college salary system,the paper analyzes the salary system and the reform background,the reform of major initiatives,the era of reform and the main problems; and puts forward some suggestions on the current Chinese universities implement performance wage reform.
