摘要
以赤泥为主要原料,采用FeCl3、柠檬酸、聚硅酸等对赤泥进行活化处理,并制成粒径约3mm的球形赤泥除氟剂。采用X射线衍射(XRD)对赤泥除氟剂进行了物相分析,并研究了活化剂种类、活化剂浓度、焙烧温度等对赤泥除氟剂除氟性能的影响。结果表明:3种活化剂中,柠檬酸活化效果最好,而最佳焙烧温度与活化剂的种类有关。采用质量分数为5%的柠檬酸进行活化,焙烧温度500℃、焙烧时间2h的赤泥除氟剂除氟效果最佳,吸附率达99%以上,吸附容量为0.95mg/g,氟离子质量浓度可从19.00mg/L降低到0.07mg/L。
The spherical defluorination agent with diameters of about 3 mm was prepared by using red mud which was activated by FeCl3 ,citric acid or polysilicic acid as the main raw material. The X-ray diffraction technique was used to analyze the phase composition of defluorination agent which was prepared by activated red mud. Influence of activator type, concentration of the activator, calcination temperature on fluoride removal performances was also studied. The results showed that the best activator was citric acid and the optimum calcination temperature was related to the type of activator. The fluoride removal effect was the best when the defluorination agent was prepared under the condition that the citric acid concentration was 5%, the calcination temperature was 500℃ and calcination time was 2 hours. The concentration of fluorine could be reduced from 19.00 mg/L to 0.07 mg/L,while the adsorption capacity of defluorination agent was 0.95 mg/g and removal rate of fluorine was over 99%.
