摘要 在序批式反应器中探究了ZnO纳米材料(ZnO NP)对污泥厌氧发酵产氢的影响及其影响机理。结果表明:与空白组相比,5mg/L ZnO NP对污泥厌氧发酵产氢影响不明显,而120 mg/L ZnO NP能抑制污泥厌氧发酵产氢,并且氢气产量是空白组的23.4%;高浓度ZnO NP能抑制溶解性蛋白质和多糖的溶出,并能严重抑制蛋白酶、α-葡萄糖苷酶和氢化酶活。 The impact of ZnO nanophase (ZnO NP) on hydrogen production from anaerobic fermentation of waste activated sludge in sequencing batch reactor was explored. Experimental results showed 5 mg/L ZnO NP caused insignificant influence on hydrogen production as compared with that in blank, however, 120 mg/L ZnO NP seriously inhibited hydrogen production from sludge fermentation, and the hydrogen production was 23.4% of that in blank. High levels of ZnO NP inhibited the release of soluble protein and carbohydrate and seriously inhibited the activities of protease,a-glucosidase and hydrogenase.
