摘要
对从麦冬(Ophiopogon japonicus)块根中分离得的多糖成分进行了药理学实验观察。结果表明麦冬多糖能显著抗缺氧、增加小鼠的脾脏重量、增强小鼠的碳粒廓清作用、刺激小鼠血清中溶血素的产生、对抗由环磷酰胺和^(60)钴照射引起的小鼠白血球数下降、增强兔血红细胞凝集率。其中抗缺氧、增加免疫器官重量、碳粒廓清作用与同剂量人参总皂甙无明显差异。
Polysaccharide was isolated from tuberous roots of Ophiopogon japonicus (L. f.) Ker-Gawl. grown in Zhejiang provice, China. The studies showed that polysaccharide of Ophiopogon japonicus (OJ) can prolong significantly the survival time of mice under normabaric hypoxia condition, increase obviously the spleen weight (immunity organ) of mice, and enhance the clearance rate of iv charcoal particles in mice. The bio-activities of OJ at same dosage is not significantly different from total glycoside in root of Ginseng (GSZD). OJ also promoted obviously the production of serum specific antibody hemolysin in mice, antagonized remarkably the leukopenia caused by cyclophosphamide in mice and on ^(60)Co γ irradiation in mice and enhanced the hemagglutination rate of rabbit.
