摘要
当前阶段,在计量检定检测校准中,标准器与被校仪表的数据在智能采集时,受图像识别程序、软件兼容性、通讯协议和软件授权等因素影响,其数据往往无法实现完全自主、自动化采集,机器人技术在仪表检测的安装、拆卸、清洗擦拭等环节尚需手动辅助,人工检测的高效率、灵活可靠以目前的智能化技术还无法实现超越。2017年国家政策调整,强制检定计量器具存在大批量检定的现实需求,但短期之内尚无法实现强制检定计量器具的自助式检定、检测、校准。本文通过在现有条件下,对普通压力表的检定过程进行分析,实现算法优化及程序辅助,实现压力表检定效率的提高及原始记录中检定数据的全数字化采集,通过这种算法的应用,以期实现检定检测的全数字化、无纸化。
In the current stage, verification testing and calibration, standard device and instrument data acquisition in the smart school,influenced by the image recognition program, software compatibility, communication protocol and software licensing and other factors, the data are often unable to achieve full autonomy, automatic acquisition, robot technology in instrument installation, disassembly, cleaning and wiping other aspects still need to manually assisted, manual detection efficiency, flexible and reliable with intelligent technology is currently unable to achieve transcendence. In 2017, the national policy adjustment ,the compulsory verification of measuring instruments, there are actual needs of mass verification, but in the short term, it is still impossible to achieve self calibration, inspection and calibration of compulsory measuring instruments. Based on the existing conditions,the verification process is a common pressure gauge are analyzed ,algorithm optimization and program help achieve the realization of digital data acquisition test pressure gauge verification efficiency and original record,through the application of this algorithm,in order to achieve the verification of full digital,paperless.
