摘要
综述目前国内外关于非瑟酮抗肿瘤作用机制、药动学特征及新剂型的研究概况,重点总结包合物、脂质体、纳米粒等微粒载药系统在提高非瑟酮生物利用度及抗肿瘤活性方面取得的进展,为非瑟酮的进一步研究与开发提供依据,也为肿瘤的治疗提供新思路。
The pharmacokinetics characteristics and new dosage forms of Fisetin is reviewed here. The particulate formulations such as inclusion complex, liposomes and nanoparticles for improving bioavailability and anti-tumor activities of Fisetin are summarized, which may offer some new ideas for further research and development on anti-tumor treatment.
