摘要
基于ASTM A 333/A 333M标准,论述美国标准低温无缝钢管国产化现状及其质量;分析国产美国标准低温无缝钢管的应用现状。分析认为:Gr1、Gr3、Gr6和Gr8已实现国产化,完成了低至-195℃的国产美国标准低温无缝钢管供货体系。建议开展ASTM A 333/A 333M向ASTM A 334/A 334M的转变,实现由低温管道配管向低温换热器用管的提升,扩大国产美国标准低温无缝钢管的使用领域。
Based on ASTM A 333/A 333M, discussed in the essay are the current situation of localization of ASTM seamless steel pipe for low-temperature service, and the product quality, and present applications of such pipes as made at home. As a result of the analysis, it is regarded that the localization of Grl, Gr3, Gr6 and Gr8 pipes have been realized, and the supply system for domestically-made ASTM seamless steel pipes for service under the lowest temperature as -195 ~C has been established. Accordingly it is suggested to make transformation of the localization from ASTM A 333/A 333M pipes to ASTM A 334/A 334M pipes, so as to promote localization of the pipe for low-temperature piping service to that of the pipe for low-temperature heat exchanger service in a bid to expand the market places of the domestically-made ASTM seamless steel pipe for low-temperature service.
