钛及钛合金自耗电极用双工位等离子焊箱电控系统研制

摘要 等离子焊箱是制备真空电弧熔炼用钛及钛合金自耗电极的重要设备。为了满足铸锭单重和产量增加对自耗电极制备能力的要求,研发了双工位等离子焊箱。该焊箱使用2套独立的焊接炉室,但共用1套冷却水、真空充氩系统,且由1套电控系统控制。基于现场总线,采用模块化控制结构研制了双工位等离子焊箱的电控系统,成功解决了双工位独立操作及联锁互锁控制的技术难点。实际运行效果达到了预期目标。 Plasma welding box is an important equipment for preparing consumable electrode for titanium vacuum arc melting. In order to meet the requirement of increasing weight and production capacity, the double-position plasma welding box is developed. There are two sets of independent welding furnace chamber in the plasma welding box, but sharing only one set of cooling water, vacuum and argon filling system. The box will be controlled by one set of electronic control system. Based on the field-bus, the electronic control system of the double-position plasma welding box was developed by using the modular control structure, which successfully solved the technical difficulties of the independent operation and interlocking control. The actual operation effect has achieved the intended purpose.
