摘要
宁波市高校在中外合作办学发展道路中已取得一定成果,合作项目数量稳健上升,办学内容和专业方向逐步多元化,但在内涵式发展阶段仍然有改进的空间。以波特竞争力模型为框架文章从经济学和管理学的角度出发,从受教育者需求、现有办学资源、潜在竞争者等方面分析了宁波高校中外合作办学的现状和竞争力。并在此基础上提出相关优化对策:引入优质境外合作办学资源,完善教育质量评估机制,积极探索具有宁波特色的能够培养高素质国际人才的办学思路。
The Sino-foreign cooperative education in Ningbo has seen achievements not only in the quantity but also in the quality and the diversification of the programs, yet there still leaves leeway for further improvement. This paper analyzes the present situation and the competitive power of such cooperative education in Ningbo based on the Potter competition model as the framework from the angle of economics and management and points out main factors such as students ' demand,learning resources and potential competitors. Suggestions are provided that include the attraction of quality oversea education resources, the improvement of evaluation mechanism and the active practice of operational ways and means with Ningbo regional characteristics so as to cultivate highlevel international talents.
