摘要
电池是新能源汽车的核心部件,温度对电池性能和寿命有很大影响,所以近年来以控制电池工作在合理温度范围为目的的电池热管理技术成为了研究热点。本文设计了温控网关控制器,其基于LIN总线,以飞思卡尔16位单片机作为控制器,通过连接并控制高压加热器、水泵、电动三通阀、电池散热器、空调冷媒实现对电池的加热和冷却。实践表明,该温控网关能够很好的降低电池的故障率,使电芯温度维持在最优工作范围内,提升续航里程,具有较好的应用价值。
Battery is the core of new energy vehicles. Especially,the temperature on the battery performance and life has a great impact,so to contrnl the battery work in a reasonable temperature range for the purpose of battery thermal management technology has become a research hotspot in recent years. The paper designed a temperature control gateway controller,which is based on LIN bus,Freescale 16-bit microcontroller as a controller,through controlling high voltage heaters, pumps, electrie three-way valve,battery heaters,air conditioning refrigerant to realize Heating and cooling about the battery.Practice shows that the temperature control gateway can reduce the failure rate of the battery,so that the cell temperature is maintained within the optimal working range,improve the mileage,and has a good application value.
