摘要 为了提高公交行业管理水平和服务质量,文中提出了一套BRT智能调度系统。该系统利用北斗/GPS双模定位采集车辆地理位置数据信息,利用DSRC技术辅助车辆定位,利用4G无线网络传输车载终端的音视频信息,利用公交信号优先算法实现对公交车辆进行优先控制。公交部门可以通过该系统实现对公交车辆的有效调配,保证线路公交车辆准点、匀衡、有序运行;同时也可以监督管理各种违规、违章和违纪行为来保证车辆安全运行,及时有效处理安全事故,为广大市民提供便捷安全的出行服务。 In order to improve the management level and service quality of Public Transportation Industry, This paper presents an intelligent scheduling systems of BRT.This systems using the way of Beidou/GPS dual-mode positioning to collecting vehicle positioning information, using the technology of DSRC assist vehicle positioning, using 4G wireless network to transmit audio and video information, using the bus signal priority algorithm realize the buses priority control. The public transportation department can realize effective deployment of buses by this system to ensure the bus routes punctuality, evenly balanced and orderly operation. Furthermore, it also can supervise and monitor all kinds of illegal violation, delinquent behavior to make sure of safe vehicles operation and handle security incidents timely, providing convenient and safe travelling services for the public in a effectively way.
