摘要
目的:探讨血液标本不同保存条件下对生化检测结果的影响。方法:随机选取200份在我院体检的健康者血液标本,每名健康者抽取静脉血两管,每管5 m L,离心后任意取1管上机测定作为对照值,最后分别将两管放入4℃和25℃条件下保存,分别放置12、24、48和72 h测定1次。结果:4℃条件下保存的标本,保存12 h和24h各项检测项目与对照值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),保存48、72 h后除尿酸(UA)有明显改变外(P<0.05),其他检测项目与对照值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);25℃保存条件下,保存48、72 h后总胆红素(TB)、直接胆红素(DB)、尿酸(UA)、甘油三脂(TG)和肌酸激酶(CK)有明显改变(P<0.05),而其他检测项目与对照值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);根据UA、TB、DB、TG和CK方法学允许误差范围可见,4℃保存48 h和72 h后UA结果未超出实验室可接受范围;25℃保存48 h和72 h后UA、TB、DB、TG和CK结果超出实验室可接受范围。结论:血液标本保存的温度和时间对生化检验结果的准确性有影响,在4℃条件下血液标本至少可稳定保存72 h。
Objective To investigate the effect of different preservation conditions on biochemical test results. Methods 200 blood samples were randomly collected from healthy subjects during our hospital check-up,Two tubes of venous blood( 5ml/each tube) were drawn from each healthy person. After centrifugation,arbitrary 1 tube was freshly measured on the machine as the control values. Then,the two tubes were stored at 4 ℃ and 25 ℃ respectively followed by the same measurement at 12 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h. Results Under 4 ℃ preservation condition,all biochemical values obtained at 12 h and 24 h were not significantly different from control values( P〉0.05); the values obtained at 48 h and 72 h retained unchanged( P〉0.05) except uric acid( UA)( P〈 0.05). Under 25 ℃ preservation condition,total bilirubin( TB),direct bilirubin( DB),UA,triglycerides( TG) and creatine kinase( CK) at 48 h and 72 h had changed significantly( P〉 0. 05),while the other test items were not significantly different from control( P 0.05). According to the allowable error range described in UA,TB,DB,TG and CK methods the test results of UA did not exceed the acceptable range of laboratory results; after 48 h and 72 h preservation at 4 ℃,but the results of UA,TB,DB,TG and CK exceeded the acceptable range of laboratory results after 48 h and 72 h preservation at 25 ℃. Conclusion The accuracy of biochemical tests can be affected by the temperature and time of blood sample preservation,and the blood samples can be stably stored for at least 72 h at 4 ℃.
